Registration Fee
A registration fee of $150.00 is charged in addition to the tuition amounts listed above. This fee must be paid with the registration form.
Method of Payment
1. Full Payment
A one-time discount of $50.00 ($25.00 for Kindergarten) will be applied if tuition is paid in full by August 1st.
2. Semi-Annual
August 1 - $800.00
January 1 - $800.00
*Post-dated cheques are due at registration
3. Monthly
- Ten (10) post-dated cheques in the amount of $160.00 each, per child.
- Dates from August 1st to May 1st.
- Please attach all post-dated cheques to the registration form.
Charitable receipts may be issued for a portion of Kindergarten to Grade 8 tuition fees that are in excess of the pro-rated "cost per child" for academic training. (Please note: Pre-Kindergarten fees are considered childcare and are therefore not eligible for a charitable receipt.)
Late Registrants
Students must be registered and in attendance by September 30 of each school year. Any student who applies after this date will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Any accepted registrants during October to December will be charged full fees.
Before and After School Program
(Monday to Friday)
Morning ($7.00): 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Afternoon ($7.00): 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Daycare Program
- The Daycare Program is set up for the Pre-K and part time Kindergarten students only.
- This Program is held Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- The DAycare fee is $14.00 per day, per child.
- Families requesting regular scheduled time in this program will be advised of weekly fees upon acceptance in program. Payments of these fees will be required every second Friday.
- Casual and "drop-ins" accepted will be billed bi-weekly ($10.00 for Before or After Care and $18.00 for Daycare), dependent on space available.
