Application Process
Thank you for considering St. Emile School for your childs education.
Our application process for the 2027-2028 school year will begin with our Open House on Thursday, January 21st.
Please arrive for 5:45pm as Mr Hargrave will start the Presentation at 6pm in the Gym.

Programs Accepting applications:
- Pre-Kindergarten → Children born in 2023
- Kindergarten → Children born in 2022
- Grades 1–8 → New family applications accepted (limited availability)
Portal Opens for Applications – January 21st 2027
Application Deadline – Feb 28th 2027.
If we receive your application after Feb 28th 2027 your application will be kept on file and we will reach out if we are able to proceed with an interview.
Application Process:
Attend Open House Jan 21st 2027
Apply online from Jan 21st 2027 via Website Portal – www.stemileschool.com
You will need:
• Child’s Birth Certificate or Permanent Resident card
• Most recent Report Card (or a progress report from Daycare/Nursery if available).
Reserve your Family Interview appointment via the QR code at the Open House or request a link to be sent by email from Ms Winter.
Teacher Recommendation Form: Required for Grade 1-8 but also welcome for Pre-K and K. Available at the Open House or via email. Please ask your teacher to email this form directly to – awinter@stemileschool.com
Attend the Family Interview –Please submit your online application before your scheduled family interview. Be sure to bring the application fee with you to the interview. Pre-K and Kindergarten group assessments are scheduled first, so we encourage families to submit their applications promptly beginning January 21.
Families will be notified of placement decisions the first week of March
