Application Process
Thank you for considering St. Emile School for your childs education.
Our application process for the 2026-2027 school year will begin with our Open House on Thursday, January 22nd at 6pm.
Mr Hargrave will start the Presentation at 6pm in the Gym.

Programs Accepting applications:
- Pre-Kindergarten → Children born in 2022
- Kindergarten → Children born in 2021
- Grades 1–8 → New family applications accepted (limited availability)
Portal Opens for Applications – January 22nd 2026
Application Deadline – Feb 28th 2026.
If we receive your application after Feb 28th 2026 your application will be kept on file and we will reach out if we are able to proceed with an interview.
Application Process after the Open House:
1. Apply online via Website Portal – www.stemileschool.com
You will need:
• Child’s Birth Certificate or Permanent Resident card
• Most recent Report Card (or a progress report from Daycare/Nursery if available).
2. Reserve your Family Interview appointment via the QR code at the Open House or request a link to be sent by email from Ms Winter.
3. Teacher Recommendation Form: Required for Grade 1-8 but also welcome for Pre-K and K. Available at the Open House or via email. Please ask your teacher to email this form directly to – awinter@stemileschool.com
4. Attend the Family Interview – Online Application must be submitted before the Interview (Remember to bring the New Student Registration Fee to the Interview).
5. Families will be notified of placement decisions the first week of March.
