Application Process
Thank you for considering St. Emile School for your childs education.
Our application process for the 2026-2027 school year will begin with our Open House on Thursday, January 22nd at 6pm.
Mr Hargrave will start the Presentation at 6pm in the Gym.

We are accepting applications for children born in 2022 into our Pre-Kindergarten program
and children born in 2021 into our Kindergarten program.
Portal Opens for Applications – January 22nd 2026 (Please do not submit applications before this date)
Portal Closes for Applications – Feb 28th 2026.
If we receive your application after Feb 28th 2026 your child will be placed on a waitlist and you will be contacted for a family interview if a place becomes available.
Application Process:
- Attend the Open House on January 22nd at 6:00 p.m.
- You will be able to tour the school, meet the teachers, and receive all the information you need to submit your application.
- Click on the “APPLICATION/PARENT PORTAL” in the top right corner of our home page.
- Follow the instructions to complete your children’s application.
- Once the birth certificate and recent report card are uploaded and all the forms are completed, the submit button will appear.
- After submission, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
- Family Interviews will take place during February.
- Pre-K and Kindergarten interviews will be held in groups.
- We aim to notify all families about their application status by mid-March.
