INTRODUCING: Rex the Bearded Dragon

If you visit 1V, you can meet our class pet, Rex. Rex is a lizard, more specifically, a bearded dragon. As part of our science unit, Living Things, the children will learn to recognize his needs and help take care of him. The children also enjoy reading to him during our daily reading periods.
The students love learning about Rex and Rex doesn’t mind the attention, as long as we are not too loud.
Feel free to come and visit Rex if you are in the school.
